Self HelpMental Health Online ScreeningsWelcome to Mental Health Screenings. These screenings allow you to assess yourself regarding either generalized anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and post-traumatic stress disorder. The screenings ask basic demographic information from you and you then answer a series of questions to determine whether or not you have symptoms associated with any of the above concerns. Mental Health Screenings are educational initiatives and all screenings are informational, not diagnostic. Screenings are anonymous and thus diagnosis and treatment recommendations are not provided. If this is an emergency or you are seeking treatment, please call CMHS at 860-486-4705. Virtual Self-Help PamphletsThe Virtual Self-Help Pamphlet Page features virtual pamphlets from counseling centers all over the country. A virtual pamphlet put out by another university may refer to services available only to students at that university. UConn students should contact CMHS at 860-486-4705 between 8:30 am and 4:30 pm, Monday-Friday. For after-hours emergencies, contact CMHS at 860-486-4705. |
